The 100-acre site is part of the conversion of a former Naval Air Station. The program includes new housing alongside preservation of existing historic housing stock, incorporation of significant existing and new urban agriculture components, and engagement of existing and enhance social service facilities. SAGE’s role is to advise on the integration of the agriculture component into the overall program and site plan.
