SAGE developed a detailed site, operations and business plan for a 70-acre working farm as an integral part of the environmental, economic, and social sustainability of a proposed Ecovillage infill/expansion project in a small college town in Napa County. The project was developed by Triad Communities in collaboration with Pacific Union College which aimed to leverage sale of some of its 2,000 acre property to upgrade its facilities.
